1. About the service
Alex666 Masterclass (seminars.alex666cold.com) provides recorded online masterclasses and private one-on-one masterclass booking for professional tattoo artists. These Terms govern your use of the platform and the purchase of any online masterclass or private masterclass.
For educational purposes only. Outcomes depend on individual skill and practice. This service does not replace hands-on professional training under a licensed mentor.
2. Course access
Each online masterclass purchase grants you 1 (one) year of access from the date of purchase. During this period you can watch on any device, with EN/RU audio and EN/RU subtitles. Access is tied to your account and is non-transferable.
If we discontinue the platform with less than 12 months remaining on your access, we will provide either a downloadable copy of your purchased content or a pro-rated refund.
3. License
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to watch the masterclass content for your own professional development. You may not:
- Share, re-sell, or sublicense the content or your account credentials.
- Download, record, or redistribute video content in any form.
- Use masterclass materials for commercial training of third parties without written permission.
- Claim authorship of or remove watermarks/copyright notices from any content.
4. Refund policy
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (Art. 16(m)), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase — unless you have already started watching the masterclass, in which case you explicitly waive this right by ticking the consent checkbox at checkout.
Refund requests within the eligible window: email [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval to the original payment method.
Private masterclass deposits are non-refundable once the preparation call has been completed.
5. Payments and billing
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as our merchant of record, responsible for collecting payment, applicable VAT, and issuing invoices.
For invoice copies, payment-method changes, refund status, VAT/tax questions, chargebacks, course access, technical issues or content questions — email [email protected].
6. Anti-piracy
All video streams are individually watermarked with your account identifier. Unauthorized sharing will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to civil claims. We actively monitor for unauthorized distribution.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alex666 Masterclass shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant online masterclass or private masterclass.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in Polish courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under your local EU member state law.
9. Changes to terms
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
